Kim Kardashian Doesn't Think Estranged Husband Kanye West 'Is Doing Himself Any Favors By Bashing' Pete Davidson, Source Reveals
After Kanye West dissed Pete Davidson in a new song, fans can't help but wonder how Kim Kardashian feels about it.
The rapper — who changed his name to Ye — dropped "Eazy" over the weekend. In the song, he threatened to beat the Saturday Night Live star's "a**."
An insider revealed that the track has actually brought the unlikely pair closer. "Kim doesn’t think that Kanye is doing himself any favors by bashing Pete," an insider told HollywoodLife, the source added that Davidson has been "sympathizing with Kim throughout this ordeal."
"Kim figured by divorcing Kanye that there would be some distance between them. But Kanye is trying to spend more time with Kim than they did when they were married. She just thinks Kanye wants what he can’t have and she’s not paying any attention to it," the source explained.
Another source told the publication that the rapper was trying to get a reaction out of his estranged wife and her new man, but the reality star cautioned Davidson not to react.

"She knows that staying silent is the best way to deal with this because, ultimately, Kanye will unravel on his own," the source explained.
"She doesn’t want her, or her relationship with Pete, used as part of Kanye’s victim party. Pete isn’t scared of Kanye at all and, if this were any other time, he would use SNL to fire back at him. But because Pete respects her, he is not going to say anything about this — at least not right now," the insider continued.
The source added that all the SKIMS founder wants from her ex is for their divorce to be finalized and a clean break.
A third source said that the King of Staten Island star is going to take the high road. The source explained that he might talk about it eventually in an interview, but at the moment, with "the way the relationship is going with Kim and the way his career is going he is not going to latch on controversy if he doesn’t have to."
