Kate Beckinsale is on the mend after being admitted to the hospital last week.
The actress took to Instagram on Monday, September 13, to give her followers an update on how she is doing alongside a photo of the 48-year-old wearing a hospital bracelet with an IV attached to her arm. "Feeling a lot better," she captioned the shot. "Thank you so much for your kind messages and love x."
As OK! previously reported, Beckinsale was rushed to the hospital on Friday, September 10, at around 10:30 in the morning. According to TMZ, the Jolt actor was in so much pain after throwing out her back, that she made the decision to seek professional medical assistance.
The screen siren was filming her latest project Prisoner's Daughter in Las Vegas.
According to Deadline, the new dramatic thriller — directed by Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke and also staring Succession actor Brian Cox — revolves around an ex-con Max (Cox) who is attempting to reconnect with his daughter (Beckinsale) and grandson after 12 years in prison.
Beckinsale gave fans an update on Instagram earlier last week about how her time in Sin City was going, as she captioned the post, "Oops #Vegas," on a solo photo of herself wearing a long white lace dress that she paired with fishnet leggings and a flower crown.
Although the mother-of-one may have had a minor health set back, she is certainly right on track when it comes to real estate. As OK! previously reported, back in September, Beckinsale listed her Cape-Cod style Brentwood, California mansion for $400,000.
The home, which she purchased back in 2006, boasts 3,603-square-feet along with an open floor plan, with natural light shining through rows of French doors. The lavish property also includes a luxurious stone patio with a fireplace along with lush green gardens.
