Hear Her Roar! Katy Perry Claps Back At Luke Bryan After 'American Idol' Judge Says She Should 'Do Something' About Her Leg Hair
Katy Perry is retiring her razors — and had the best clapback for fellow American Idol judge Luke Bryan over a hairy conversation.
"I know you're a mom and everything, but we gotta do something about this leg hair," Luke told the camera with a smile in a video posted to Perry's Instagram Story on Sunday, May 9.
The "Dark Horse" singer told Bryan, “No, I don’t got time!” She added, “I’d rather cuddle with my daughter!”
The "Play It Again" singer started to ignite a comeback saying, “It is literally...,” before the songstress interjected with: “Yeah!” That’s how you tell him, Katy!
The pop star's body hair was a discussion point on the American Idol stage once before. On the April 4 episode, she told contestant Cassandra Coleman, “As a new mother, I don't have very much time, so I have quit shaving my legs. But when you sang, the hair on my legs grew an inch and a half. So, full-body chills."
For evidence, the "Teenage Dream" crooner put her feet on top of the judges' table, and Bryan blurted out, "She literally has leg hair!" Ryan Seacrest said, "Thank you for the forensic report."

The singer gave birth to daughter Daisy Dove, whom she shares with fiancé Orlando Bloom, on August 26. In a caption showing off their healthy baby girl, Bloom and Perry wrote, “We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter.”
As OK! previously reported, Daisy Dove’s parents love parenthood. "A lot of times, a new baby can put stress on a relationship, but friends say that Katy and Orlando are so happy together. They never imagined that life could be this sweet," a source exclusively dished after the arrival of their baby girl.
Bloom popped the question on Valentine’s Day in 2019, but the two have yet to tie the knot amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
