Keanu Reeves may soon be a married man. Though the longtime bachelor has never gotten down on one knee before, he's apparently ready to make girlfriend of nearly four years Alexandra Grant his life-long partner.
"Keanu isn’t hiding the fact that he’s going to propose to Alexandra," a source reportedly squealed, adding that Reeves is sure "she's the one."
Not only is the actor confident in their union, but it seems his inner circle has also given their seal of approval. "His friends know how happy he’s been, he’s talked about making Alexandra his wife and he was recently spotted ring shopping in West Hollywood," added the insider to Life and Style of his recent sighting at Irene Neuwirth on Melrose Place, where he was seen browsing baubles that include diamonds, pearls and aquamarine, as OK! reported.

"Keanu and Alexandra have both been in relationships before," the insider pointed out to the outlet, "but this is by far the easiest. They just flow well together, they mesh perfectly."
Added the source: "Maybe it’s because they’re mature, stable and know what they want from life. There's no drama." What's more, "they love each other. He adores Alexandra," making it a no brainer for Reeves to want to make Grant his wife.
The Matrix star, 57, and the artist, 49, began dating in 2018 but maintained a close friendship and working relationship since first meeting in 2009 at a dinner party. The now-couple went on to collaborate on their first book together, "Ode to Happiness," which was published in 2011. After dropping their second book, "Shadows," in 2015, the power couple teamed up to form the publishing company, X Artists’ Books, two years later.

The low-key lovers kept their relationship under the radar until they made their official red carpet debut in November 2019 at LACMA’s Art Film Gala, where they appeared head-over-heels for one another.
While Reeves and Grant attended one other benefit at Los Angeles’ Museum of Contemporary Art in May 2019, fans were unaware they were an item at the time. However, the second time around, the two held hands and looked at each other adoringly on the red carpet, according to the publication.
After news of their romance made headlines all those years ago, an insider spilled to the outlet that Reeves' friends were thrilled for the John Wick star: "Everyone is ecstatic that he’s finally found happiness with such a wonderful woman. Keanu doesn’t stop raving about her!"
Reeves' mom, Patricia Taylor, also appears to be a fan of her son's long-time girlfriend, as another source told the publication she "adores" the visual artist. "She [Patricia] first met Alexandra over a year ago and warmed to her instantly. They share a ton in common, including their passion for the arts," said an insider in February 2020.
Only time will tell when Reeves will take the next step, but one thing is for sure: Everyone is on board to see the handsome hunk get his happily ever after.
