Kendra Wilkinson Said She Was 'Embracing' Herself Weeks Earlier

Kendra Wilkinson declared she was OK with 'a little weight gain' in a March 8 Instagram post.
Fans were also confused since the former E! star shared a post weeks earlier about how she was "embracing" herself as she was.
"I’ve seen many people comment saying I’ve aged 'poorly' and that is ok. I’m ok with aging 'poorly.' For some reason I’m happier than I’ve ever been lately even with a little weight gain and wrinkles and I’m not going to tie my happiness again into the negative energy," she wrote alongside a selfie on March 8. "I am a balanced, single, positive, fun woman who loves life and i hope that i can manage this feeling forever now after working hard to get here to this place."
Kendra Wilkinson Is Focused on Herself

Kendra Wilkinson emphasized that her career started when she was 'very young.'
The former Playboy model pointed out that she was "very young" when she began her TV career and was now focused on herself.
"[I] lived a crazy chaotic 20 years of impressing others but now it’s about ME," she continued. "Giving back to ME. Even with less money and way less fame."
A year ago, the Kendra on Top star confessed she once hesitated to share her life online because of the "hate" she faced.
“Playboy days are long gone and it feels more and more liberating for some reason,” she wrote in March 2025. “Fear can kiss my a-- now!! It feels good to finally LIVE with less depression. If people don’t like me or this or think I’m bigger or i can’t turn men on anymore GOOD then there’s the door.”
