Khloé Kardashian Requests Hearing In Blac Chyna Lawsuit, Asks Former 'Rob & Chyna' Star To Hand Over Bank Statements & Therapy Records : Report

Khloé Kardashian has reportedly requested that Blac Chyna hand over receipts in their ongoing legal battle.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, the Revenge Body With Khloé Kardashian star, 37, as well as Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, have requested to set up a hearing date.
The mother of Rob Kardashian's daughter, Dream, 33, has sued the sock designer, 34, and his family members, accusing them of spreading lies about her abusing Rob and claiming that they conspired together to get their old reality show, Rob & Chyna, canceled at E!.
Khloé has now asked the judge to demand that Chyna turn over her billing records related to therapy visits since the model has been seeking damages for alleged emotional distress. The Good American cofounder also wants to see her reported income from OnlyFans.
“[Chyna’s] continued entertainment career and related earnings are directly relevant to defending against [Chyna’s] allegations that she has suffered millions of dollars in damages in lost income and lost earning capacity,” the motion states.

Khloé and her legal team have also asked to see information about Chyna's music career income. So far, the Grown & Sexy star has refused to hand over the documents, citing that the Strong Looks Better Naked author does not have the right to see any of the information.
Chyna and her attorneys have also claimed that Khloé only wants to view her OnlyFans information because she is obsessed with her sexually.
“She said her request to not only see her OnlyFans income but what she posted on her account was 'not only highly disturbing and entirely baseless' but also proves that Khloé Kardashian’s obsession with Plaintiff’s sexuality and her private matters has never subsided," the documents claim.
The case reportedly has an upcoming trial date in April, however, the judge has yet to set a hearing.
