According to court documents obtained by Radar, Rob Kardashian's sisters Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Khloé Kardashian — along with momager Kris Jenner — are set to take the stand in court trial, where the 34-year-old is suing his ex over an alleged assault that went down in December 2016.

The incident in question allegedly took place at Kylie's home, where Chyna attempted to choke Rob with an iPhone chord and strike him with a 6 ft. metal pole, the sock designer claimed in his suit. Chyna has denied the altercation ever happened, insisting her baby daddy is only suing her in response to her lawsuit against him for revenge porn.

The witness list also named Kris' boyfriend, Corey Gamble, to take the stand on behalf of both Chyna and Rob. Corey allegedly had to pick Rob up from Kylie's house on the night of the fight and plans to testify that the mother-of-two, 33, appeared intoxicated at the time.

Kris will also take the stand to recall her son's alleged injuries and emotional distress caused by the incident. In addition, she will share with the court "the nature of [Chyna’s] relationships with" baby daddies Rob and Tyga.

Rob himself also wants to address the “physical injuries and emotional distress he suffered as a result of [Chyna’s] conduct," it was reported.

Meanwhile, as part of Chyna's defense, she claimed footage shot of Rob the day after the alleged altercation took place showed him without any injuries. She also pointed out the Department of Child and Family Services investigated them as parents and Rob never mentioned any abuse to the officials — even when being questioned about their relationship.

The former flames split in late 2016 after going public with their relationship earlier that year.
