The couple that took the world by surprise in early 2021 has surprised us once again by officially tying the knot. Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker legally married on Sunday, May 15, in Santa Barbara.
While this is the lovebird's second ceremony locking in their love, this is the first official ceremony involving legal documents confirming the marriage. The Blink-182 drummer and The Kardashians reality star had a classic courthouse wedding where they exchanged vows before driving away in a black convertible with "Just Married" displayed on the rear.
Given that this was far from a Kardashian-esque celebration, the mother-of-three chose the non-traditional route when picking out her white dress. The brunette bombshell rocked a Dolce & Gabbana white lace mini dress with a heart-shaped embellishment and black pumps, while her hubby stuck with a simple ensemble, looking sleek in an all-black tuxedo.
The couple had a "practice run," as Kardashian called it, back in April when they were officiated by an Elvis impersonator in Sin City. "Once upon a time in a land far, far away (Las Vegas) at 2am, after an epic night and a little tequila, a queen and her handsome king ventured out to the only open chapel with an Elvis and got married (with no license)," she teased via her Instagram caption of snaps from their night in Las Vegas. "Practice makes perfect."
And while they officially said their "I Do's" over the weekend, they are far from done with celebrating their love for each other, as the romantics announced they will be having an extravagant dream wedding in Italy in the near-future.
