Spider-Man: Homecoming star Laura Harrier has left the building. The actress listed her stylish space in L.A.'s trendy Silver Lake neighborhood earlier this year for $3.5 million — $1 million more than she originally paid — and by the end of March, it was already in escrow with an unknown buyer.
She bought the 3,215-square-foot pad from OneRepublic musician Brent Kutzle in 2019 and soon got to work reimagining the space (which was painted black inside and out) as her own with the help of interior designer Tiffany Howell.
"I wanted it to look like it was owned by a rich lady in the '70s who just got divorced and is maybe gonna throw an orgy," Harrier, 32, told Clever of the retro feminine aesthetic. "That sort of Studio 54 vibe, but at the same time make it grounded in reality."
In addition to bringing in curved furniture, fluffy textures and pastel hues, the pair transformed one of the home's five bedrooms into a cozy theater and another into a glam room where Harrier could prep for events.
"I'll start with saying I know how extra it is," she admitted of the area. Other A-list amenities include a Moroccan-inspired hammam, a bougainvillea-lined deck and a serene swimming pool shaded by tall trees to guarantee plenty of privacy.
