Lily-Rose Depp & Austin Butler Spotted Sharing A Kiss In London Following Timothée Chalamet Reconciliation Rumors
It looks like Lily-Rose Depp and Austin Butler have found love.
The pair was spotted smooching in London after having dinner in pictures obtained by the Daily Mail. In one photo, they leaned against a wall and kissed. In another, the 29-year-old put his arm around Depp as they went for a walk.
Earlier that day, they arrived at a restaurant with a male friend in a Mercedes driven by a chauffeur. They dined for two hours before they were spotted hugging and kissing after they said goodbye to their pal, the outlet reported.
The 22-year-old donned a pair of black heels with jeans, a black jacket and a Chanel bag, while Butler wore jeans and a tan Carharrt jacket.
This is the first time the pair have been linked romantically, but they have known each other for several years now. The couple both starred in Yoga Hosers in 2016, and the model's father, Johnny Depp, also appeared in the flick in a small role.
The date comes following rumors that the Tusk star had rekindled things with ex Timothée Chalamet. The former flames reportedly split in April 2020, but were spotted together earlier this year in New York City.
In April, an insider told InTouch that Depp and Chalamet's "relationship is going really well" but they were keeping it out of the spotlight. However, Butler and Depp's date suggests that things are over between The King costars.
Depp previously told Drew Barrymore that keeping her personal life private was something instilled in her from a young age thanks to her famous parents. "I always learned the importance of privacy and valuing that and keeping things just for yourself," she told the 50 First Dates star in April. "And so that’s something that I’ve carried on into my own career and that’s really important to me."
Meanwhile, Butler and longtime girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens called it quits in January 2020 after almost nine years together. The High School Musical alum has since moved on with Cole Tucker.
