Lindsay Clancy is accused of killing her three children in January 2023.

Clancy is accused of killing her three children, Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months, at their Duxbury, Mass., home in January 2023.

Prosecutors allege she strangled the children with exercise bands before attempting to take her own life.

Clancy's defense team is seeking a not-guilty-by-reason-of-insanity verdict, arguing she was experiencing a severe postpartum psychiatric episode at the time of the killings.

Prosecutors have argued that Clancy planned the murders and sent her then-husband, Patrick Clancy, out to run errands before the children were killed.

Clancy later confessed to killing her children.
