Megan Fox & Brian Austin Green's Divorce Is Official
Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green's divorce has been finalized.
According to TMZ, a judge signed off on their final divorce settlement following the actress' exciting engagement news to Machine Gun Kelly and the Beverly Hills, 90210 star's upcoming baby news with Sharna Burgess.
Fox, 35, and Green, 48, reportedly hashed out the agreement back in October and were just waiting for the court to make it official, which happened on Tuesday, February 8.
According to the outlet, sources connected to the former couple confirmed they did not have a prenup, and in California, that means anything they acquired during their 10-year union would be 50/50. Luckily the coparents didn't have to duke it out in court over custody of their three young sons — Noah Shannon, 8, Bodhi Ransom, 7, and Journey River, 4 — as they agreed to share legal and physical custody.
The Confessions Of A Teenage Drama Queen star is also planning on having her legal name reverted back from Green to Fox, it was reported.

The former duo married on June 24, 2010, and decided to go their separate ways in November of 2019.
As OK! previously reported, Fox and the "Bad Things" artist, 31, announced on Wednesday, January 12, that they were engaged after nearly a year and a half of dating.
"In July of 2020 we sat under this banyan tree," the Jennifer's Body star captioned her engagement announcement via Instagram. "We asked for magic. We were oblivious to the pain we would face together in such a short, frenetic period of time."
"Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him," she detailed while sharing a video of the proposal. "And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes."
As for Green, he is expecting his first child with his Dancing With the Stars pro girlfriend, 36, after the two made their relationship Instagram Official in January 2021.
