Meghan Markle is determined not to have another podcast failure with her new venture at Lemonada Media. The former Suits star and ex-working British royal will "get more attention" at the company, and will reportedly "call the shots" as she commands her staff during the upcoming audio program.

Meghan Markle is returning to the podcast sphere after the 2023 failure of Spotify's 'Archetypes.'

"Lemonada is an audio-first podcasting company, so Meghan won't get all the bells and whistles that Spotify offered," royal and entertainment commentator Kinsey Schofield dished. "But with only 50 or so shows on their roster, Meghan will likely get way more attention and will have more control."

The Montecito mother-of-two will be in the company of award-winning actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus and comedienne Sarah Silverman, both of whom have podcasts with the small network. It is unknown if Lemonada will be able to secure the Duchess big names like Mariah Carey and Serena Williams, whose appearances failed to make a dent in the ratings of Spotify's "Archetypes," which was axed by the streamer along with Meghan and Prince Harry's contract in June 2023.

Lemonada's tagline is "Making life s--- less, one podcast at a time," which Schofield pointed out was similar to what Meghan insinuated about her new prospect at a red carpet event last November.

"Things that make people feel — I was going say 'good,' but it's more than that, things that make people feel something, right?" the Duchess of Sussex shared with an interviewer at Variety's "Power of Women" glitzy reception. "And feel a sense of community. But we have so many exciting things on the slate. I can't wait until we can announce them, but I'm just really proud of what we're creating."

"Authenticity and passion" are the two keywords Lemonada CEO Jessica Cordova Kramer revealed, which strikes a sharp contrast with Meghan, who was accused of "faking" her "Archetypes" interviews in an investigative report, and coming off multiple times as "forced" and "fake" when talking to celeb guests.

"With Lemonada [being] such a small startup compared to the million-dollar pressure of Spotify... maybe Meghan can find an authentic voice and rhythm easier," Schofield continued.

The Duchess of Sussex recently announced: "Our plan to re-release 'Archetypes' so that more people can now have access to it, as well as launching a dynamic new podcast is well in the works."

The Montecito duo's revamped website also hints at what we can expect from Team Sussex this year. "The Office of Prince Harry and Meghan, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex is shaping the future through business and philanthropy. This includes: The Archewell Foundation, Archewell Productions, patronages, ventures, and organizations which receive the support of the couple, individually and/or together."
