Michael Douglas & Catherine Zeta-Jones List Posh Central Park Penthouse For A Whopping $21.5 Million — Tour Their Glamorous Digs
After Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones decided to downsize in 2019 from their 26-bedroom Bedford, N.Y., mansion to a more modest 22-bedroom estate in Irvington, N.Y., they appear ready to give up their glamorous Central Park West digs for an asking price of $21.5 million.
Situated on the top floor of the Kenilworth building, the powerful Hollywood couple's apartment, built in 1908, was designed to look like a 12th-century English castle.
While Douglas and Zeta-Jones — who have been married since 2000 and share two children — said goodbye to two of their homes in recent years, they still own several other properties around the world. Apart from their Irvington abode, they have an estate in Zeta-Jones' hometown of Swansea, Wales, and a Majorca property, which they have been attempting to rid themselves of.

The sunny living room offers expansive windows with breathtaking Central Park views.
Apart from the wood-paneled corner library with two wood-burning fireplaces, the abode boasts Herringbone patterned mahogany floors and door frames.
Douglas and Zeta-Jones most likely hosted their A-list pals in their magnificent dining room with wooden cabinetry, a fireplace and views of the park. The formal room can also be made more intimate by closing the stately mahogany pocket doors.
The eat-in chef's kitchen boasts white, marble countertops, crisp, white cabinetry and natural light, which seeps in through the windows.
Apart from the formal dining room, the penthouse provides the perfect dining area for a casual meal with the family.
