Ready for a fresh start. In late September, just weeks after NeNe Leakes lost her beloved husband, Gregg, to cancer, the reality star put their regal Georgia residence on the market for $4 million.
The pair picked up the 9,791-square-foot property, located in the suburb of Duluth, just outside of Atlanta, in 2015, with the 53-year-old actress going on to add several luxurious upgrades, including a resort style backyard and swimming pool. Real Housewives fans will recognize “Casa Leakes” from the show, as Leakes frequently invited Bravo cameras into the glitzy abode.
The Mediterranean-style villa boasts soaring ceilings, arched doorways, walls of glass and dramatic light fixtures, which the Glee alum handpicked herself. “It’s work to find the piece that you like,” she explained back in 2016, noting that she’d rather a nook sit empty than purchase something she isn’t crazy about.
Leakes had a lot of space to fill: In addition to five bedrooms and six bathrooms, the massive manor has a two-story great room, a beauty salon and a basement with a wet bar, game room, custom wall seating, wine storage and a movie theater.
If that’s not enough to keep prospective buyers entertained, the mansion is part of the ritzy Sugarloaf Country Club community, where the new owner can splash out on an all-access pass.

The Bravo star revealed she gravitated toward a “white and bright” aesthetic after previously living in a more traditional home.
