Nicole Brown's Sister Slams Kim Kardashian After Making 'Distasteful' O.J. Simpson Jokes On 'Saturday Night Live'
Kim Kardashian made some surprising jokes during her Saturday Night Live hosting stint, but not everyone was laughing.
During her opening monologue, Kardashian joked that she "met my first black person" because of her late father, Robert Kardashian. "Wanna take a stab at the dark at who it was? I know it's sorta weird to remember the first black person you met but O.J. [Simpson] does leave a mark, or several or none at all. I still don't know."
Nicole Brown's sister Tanya Brown, told TMZ that the jokes were "distasteful" and in "poor taste."
Tanya said that her sister's death is not something to joke about and the comments were "beyond inappropriate and insensitive." Tanya is also said to be questioning how much the Kardashians actually cared about Nicole.
Tanya said if the SNL writers came up with the bit, the reality star should have pushed back or refused to do the jokes, given that Nicole was a close friend of her mom, Kris Jenner.

Tanya also told the publication that it was shocking to see the audience laughing at the jokes.
After the show, Jenner took to Instagram and said the SKIMS founder did her monologue with a "mix of LOVE, vulnerability, self depreciation, humour, beauty." "I am exploding with pride and excitement for the most amazing week," the momager gushed.
The 40-year-old roasted several family members during the monologue. She joked that her split from Kanye West came down to his "personality" and that she is not running for president because "we can't have three failed politicians in one family."
Kardashian also joked that no one can call her a gold digger. "Honestly, I’m not sure how you even become one. So, I asked my mom’s boyfriend, Corey [Gamble]," she told the audience.
