After Messy Split From Orianne Cevey, Phil Collins Ditches Miami Mega-Mansion They Once Shared — See Inside His $39 Million Sale
English drummer Phil Collins is finally saying goodbye to his Miami Beach, Fla., mega-mansion after reportedly evicting ex-wife Orianne Cevey, 46, and her new husband, Thomas Bates, 31. As part of a partial agreement in Collins' eviction lawsuit against Cevey and Bates, she agreed to leave the house on January 21.
With the help of realtors Jill Hertzberg and Jill Eber from Coldwell Banker Realty, the Grammy-winning rocker put his 1.2-acre property — which was once owned by Jennifer Lopez — on the market for $40 million in December.
While Cevey didn't make it easy for Collins, 70, to sell the home — she allegedly blocked a listing agent from showing the home last year — he was finally able to sell the mansion on January 28 for $39,250,000. Collins first purchased the property in 2015 for $33 million.
