This is not the only legal scandal to shake the Salt Lake City crew. As OK! previously reported, her co-star Jen Shah was arrested back in March for allegedly running a nationwide telemarketing fraud scheme.
The 47-year-old reality star and her assistant Stuart Smith were taken into custody and charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud in connection with telemarketing, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
Shah pled not guilty to charges of conspiracy to commit money laundering and wire fraud for her role in the alleged scheme. If the mother-of-two is found guilty, she could potentially face 5-10 years in prison.
