RHOBH's Erika Jayne Still Works Out With Exclusive Personal Trainer Despite Being Sued For $25M In Ex Tom Girardi's Alleged Embezzlement Scheme
She may have a lot on her plate but that did not stop Erika Jayne from getting her fitness routine in.
The Bravo star left her $1.5 million rental home for a posh private session with a personal trainer in a casual look as she rocked her natural hair and a bare face along with a navy sweatshirt, yoga pants and dark black sunglasses.
The posh workout at an exclusive Los Angeles gym comes as Jayne dismissed an offer to "voluntarily" pay up the $25 million dollars that is owed to clients of her estranged husband Tom Girardi's former law firm Girardi and Keese.
As OK! previously reported, attorney Ronald Richards, who was appointed by the trustee to work on Girardi's Chapter 7 bankruptcy case, recently gave the 50-year-old "Expensive" singer a chance to pay back up front and without fees the $25 million dollars that is owed to former clients of the once-great attorney.
Richards stated on social media, “Erika was falsely contending we were only interested in fees. We then offered to add 10 percent to any voluntary return of the $25,000,000 in expenses the firm paid for her in the next ten days.”

“If she was interested in helping the victims, she would simply pay back some of the expenses that were improperly advanced by the law firm and improperly deducted by Erika on her LLC and personal returns. This would add 10 percent to her voluntarily compliance payment. It is not about the fees, it is about the victims,” the lawyer continued.
Jayne replied back to the offer via Twitter as she called it "extortion.”
It was revealed last week that the reality television personality's former big shot husband, Girardi, is currently living in Belmont Village Senior Living Facility in Burbank, California as he rides out the storm of lawsuits. According to documents obtained by Page Six, the now barred attorney has been living at the facility since August 9th and is under a conservatorship under the watchful eye of his brother.
