Russell Crowe flexed his muscles after a fight session with WWE wrestler Drew McIntyre.
The 62-year-old actor shared a gym photo with his 1.5 million Instagram followers, showing off their biceps side by side. The post received more than 72,000 likes and 1,300 comments.
Russell Crowe praised Drew McIntyre while sharing his fitness journey during 'The Last Druid' filming.
Captioning the post, the Gladiator star wrote, "In the gym with Drew McIntyre. Good lad. Salt of the earth. Just finishing up the shoot on The Last Druid. We have been shooting in Spain since May. It has been two years now since playing Hermann Goering in Nuremberg."
"The long sweaty days in the beautiful Spanish sunshine have definitely been a great motivator," the caption continued. "As I always say, it’s one layer of tissue paper at a time. Consistency is your friend."

The three-time Scottish Undisputed WWE Champion and Academy Award-winning New Zealand actor are teaming up for the historical action drama The Last Druid. The two shared some gym experience while working on the same.
Directed by William Eubank, the flick's ensemble also includes Rose Leslie, Andreas Pietschmann, and Daniel Zovatto.
"An Emperor discovers a secluded Druid stronghold, forcing a peaceful Celtic elder to take up arms and protect his family and people from annihilation," says IMDb's page about the film's plotline.

Drew McIntyre posted alongside Russell Crowe with the caption, 'Gladiator x Warrior.'
While Crowe had much to say, McIntyre kept it simple while sharing the picture of the two with his 2.3 million Instagram followers.
"Gladiator x Warrior," he captioned the post.
The wrestler's post included a carousel of two different photos - one featuring them smiling and the other looking a bit more serious.
On Crowe's post showing off his body transformation, McIntyre left a comment as well, writing, "When the Gladiator met the Scottish Warrior ⚔️ My General 🫡."
Drew McIntyre's Instagram post with Russell Crowe was spammed by numerous WWE superstars.
Meanwhile, McIntyre's own post was spammed with comments from numerous stars from the WWE world.
His fellow WWE superstar Charlotte Flair wrote, "This is awesome!!! 💪🏻"
Natalya Neidhart, another WWE star, commented, "So cool!"
Adding to this, Mike Rome wrote, "Makin movies, makin songs and fightin round the world!"
Actor and martial artist Scott Adkins also left a comment, writing, "Love it!"
The principal photography on The Last Druid began in June. No official release date has been announced for the movie as of now.
