Spring has sprung!
Oscar-nominee, Salma Hayek, was spotted strolling around Rome in a gorgeous Gucci floral print, silk dress — which was only fitting as she films the much-anticipated House of Gucci. The 54-year old actress spent the morning sightseeing before returning to filming in the afternoon.
The film — set to be released later this year — is based on the book The House of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, and Greed, written about the murder of Maurizio Gucci. Hayek stars in the film as Pina Auriemma, the friend of Patrizia Reggiani played by Lady Gaga, who was charged with the murder of Gucci in 1998.
The House of Gucci actress spent her sunny morning off walking around the cobble-stoned city. Hayek paired her romantic maxi dress, retailing at $6,300, with camel-colored heels, a black quilted bag, and purple tinted sunglasses with a gold frame.
