Mansion From Emmy Award-Winning 'Schitt's Creek' Hits The Market For $15 Million — See The Rose Family's Former Luxurious Abode Before It's Gone
The home of the beloved Rose family from the critically acclaimed comedy series Schitt's Creek was put on the market for $14.98 million. The Toronto mansion went on sale after the Emmy Award-winning show wrapped up its sixth and final season.
The Rose family — which includes father Johnny (Eugene Levy), mother Moira (Catherine O'Hara), brother David (Daniel Levy, who is Eugene's real-life son) and daughter Alexis (Annie Murphy) — used to live the life of luxury while situated in their three-story mega-mansion.
However, after Johnny learned that his business partner embezzled nearly all of his fortune, leaving him with practically nothing, he and his family had to vacate the estate. The once wealthy snobs found themselves living out of a motel in the rural town, Schitt's Creek, as it was the only thing left that the family owned.
The French Chateau-style mansion — which is currently being listed by Khoren Mardoyan for Home Life/Vision Realty Brokerage — was first put on the market in 2018 for $21.788 million.

The 14-bedroom, 16-bath mansion's exterior features stately gray carved limestone façades.
The interior — which looks more like a royal palace than it does someone's home — is decorated with stunning ceiling frescos that reflect that of the Sistine Chapel.
The new owner can enjoy the exquisite living room with a fireplace and oversized windows.
Whether the new owner uses the room for work or to sit back and relax with a book (or cocktail), the open office serves as an additional space for lounging around.
