Is Shanna Moakler Backtracking After Starting Explosive Social Media Feud With Kourtney Kardashian Over Travis Barker?
Feb. 28 2021, Updated 2:02 p.m. ET
Sparks continue to fly in Shanna Moakler's shady social media feud with ex Travis Barker's new girlfriend, Kourtney Kardashian.
The fight reportedly began last week when Moakler, 45, "liked" a comment left by a fan on her Instagram reading, "Shhhhiiiii that broad don’t got nothin' on you. Travis downgraded big time."
"A lot of times when I'm on my social media, I 'like' all the fans' comments," Moakler told Us Weekly, claiming that she never actually read the comment. "I didn’t even know I 'liked' it until the press picked it up and it was all over the place. It was just kind of an unfortunate event, but I definitely wasn't trying to start a social media war!"
Despite the fact that Moakler denies she meant any ill-will towards Kardashian, the model later took to her Instagram story stating, "Stop complaining about your life. There are people out there dating your ex."
Kardashian fought back with a Poosh blog titled, "How to Break the Habit of Stalking Your Ex on Social Media."

"Modern life has cursed us," reads the blog. "We are haunted by the radical accessibility of everyone we've ever met, hooked up with, or dated via a tiny device we happen to keep on our person during all our waking moments. It's no wonder we've made a daily — or several times daily, or every hour — habit of checking on our exes, and our exes' exes, their new lovers, friends, acquaintances, and so forth. It's not healthy, it's not helping us move on, and unfortunately, it's all too easy."

Moakler continues to defend herself via Instagram. Thursday she wrote, “I like to smile at people who don’t like me. #namastebitches.” A fan responded by writing, “You should be happy for Travis that he is head over heels in love. Everyone deserves to be happy and in love.” Moakler clapped back. “Ive said twice on TV and meant it.”
Barker, 45, of the band Blink-182, and the model got married in 2004 but finalized their divorce four years later. They share son Landon, 17, and daughter Alabama, 15.
As previously reported by OK!, the rocker and Kardashian went Instagram official only a few days after spending Valentine’s Day making memories. Moakler is currently dating model boyfriend, Matthew Rondeau.
