Inside Shaquille O'Neal's $16.5 Million Lakefront Mega-Mansion: See The Basketball Court, Showroom-Style Garage, Waterfall
NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal is saying goodbye to his slice of paradise in Windermere, Fla. With the help of Tiffany Pantozzi from Side Real Estate Inc., O'Neal reportedly sold his mega-mansion for a whopping $16.5 million, which is still a pending offer.
He first bought the property for $3.95 million in 1993 — just three years after it was built —and previously tried to list his abode for $28 million in 2018. The retired athlete re-listed the home four more times before it sold.
Although he may be about to accept a deal for $12 million under asking price, a $16.5 million check isn't too bad of a settlement.
According to Mansion Global, Shaq is selling his Florida home because his job as an analyst for TNT's Inside The NBA has kept him in Atlanta for large chunks of time.
