Sharna Burgess, 36, and Brian Austin Green, 48, announced in early February they are expecting a new bundle of joy, but the Dancing with the Stars alum wasn't sure how her boyfriend was going to take the news.
The ballroom dancer admitted she found out she was pregnant while Green — who already shares Journey River, 5, Bodhi Ransom, 7, and Noah Shannon, 9, with ex Megan Fox, and Kassius, 20, with former fiancée Vanessa Marcil — was watching the Los Angeles Lakers lose a basketball game.
“I was like, ‘What am I gonna do?’ I can’t tell him now. This is terrible news while the Lakers are losing,” the BH90210 actress comically spilled to Us Weekly. “So I waited for 40 minutes. And he came in like, ‘Big day. The Lakers came back and they won.’ And I was like, ‘It’s about to get bigger. You’re probably gonna need to sit down for this.’”

Burgess explained that she was "scared at the time" to tell the Anger Management star they were going to have a baby because their relationship was "relatively new," but Green just hugged her and told her, "That's awesome."
"Even though we feel like we’ve spent lifetimes with each other, it’s still a quicker timeline than we were thinking," she added of the unexpected addition to the family. "We were probably a year ahead of what we were talking about, but he was so excited knowing how much I’ve wanted this."
As OK! previously reported, Fox is also reportedly "really happy" that Burgess and Green are expecting their first child together.
"One thing that Megan will never take away from Brian is that he is a damn good father and always has been," the insider dished. "They have both moved on and she realizes that they split so that they could each find their true soul partners ... Megan is happy that Brian has found someone so deserving of his love who loves him back."
