Spice Girls Releasing First Song Since 2007 — Victoria Beckham Included
Hold onto your knickers, girls! The iconic girl group the Spice Girls, who rose to fame in the '90s with their hit song “Wannabe,” are releasing new music — and, yes, even Victoria Beckham is in on the act.
To celebrate 25 years since their debut single took the world by storm, Melanie Brown (Scary Spice), Melanie Chisholm (Sporty Spice), Emma Bunton (Baby Spice), Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice) and Beckham (Posh Spice) are dropping Wannabe25, a special-edition EP that will include the unreleased track “Feed Your Love.”
On the Spice Girls' official Twitter and Facebook accounts, the fabulous fivesome have launched the #IAmASpiceGirl campaign in addition to the news of the highly anticipated EP. Fans of the girl power group are asked to upload their favorite memories of the pop singers to Instagram and Twitter using the hashtag #IAmASpiceGirl or email spicegirls@umusic.com.
Wannabe25 will begin streaming July 9, and physical vinyl and cassette copies will be available on July 23 via UMC/EMI.
According to The Sun, “Feed Your Love” is a demo of a previously unreleased song written by the girls and “Wannabe” co-writers Richard “Biff” Stannard and Matt Rowe. “Feed Your Love” — a snippet of which leaked in 2016 — was thought to have never been released because it was too racy for their audience at the time, according to the outlet.
Aside from the unheard track, the Wannabe25 EP will also include “Wannabe (Original Radio Edit),” “Wannabe (Junior Vasquez Remix Edit) and a previously unreleased demo of “Wannabe.” Wannabe25 can be pre-ordered here.

Still want more spice in your life? The iconic British pop stars have also joined forces this Pride month for a new t-shirt as part of Beckham’s style brand.
“Happy #Pride month! The @victoriabeckham x Spice Girls ‘Wannabe’ Pride 2021 T-shirt is available now,” a campaign video shared to the official Spice Girls Instagram account read. The rainbow collection, available now, includes a limited-edition tee that reads “Proud and wannabe your lover.”
Though the girls have been busy celebrating “Wannabe,” the question on everyone’s mind is whether or not fans will be able to see the fab five live in action all together again.
Following an acclaimed U.K. reunion tour in 2019 (sans Beckham), there is still talk about getting the gang back together to celebrate their latest milestone.
“We had the most incredible year last year, playing stadiums and we have got to do it again,” Mel C said last year, as previously reported by OK!. “We talk about it all the time.”
