Margot Robbie & Tom Ackerley List $3.5 Million Hancock Park Property — Tour The Power Couple's Elegant Los Angeles Starter Home

Talk about a stunning starter home! Shortly after tying the knot in 2016, Margot Robbie and Tom Ackerley decided to put down roots in L.A.’s upscale Hancock Park.
The only hang-up for the housemates-turned-spouses? That meant ditching their longtime London digs — which they’d been happily sharing with five friends. “It honestly hadn’t occurred to us,” the Aussie actress, 30, confessed. “We were, like, ‘What? Just the two of us? That’s gonna be weird.'"
While Robbie admits living alone with her filmmaker hubby, 31, took some getting used to, they’re clearly in it for the long haul. In May, they listed this four-bed, five-and-a-half bath property to presumably move into a $5 million multi-structure Venice Beach compound they bought in 2019. (No word on whether or not they’re looking for some roommates!)

Up for grabs: The pair listed the two-story 3,364-square-foot residence for nearly $3.5 million.
Talk about priorities! The couple converted their two-car garage into a cabana with a tile-accented bar out back.
The duo also opted for coastal vibes, decorating with different shades of blue and light wood accents, including a carved bedrest in their master suite.

The property is hidden behind massive gates and a hedgerow, so these famous stars were afforded plenty of privacy. In the family room, the coffered ceiling includes a hanging swing, where glass and steel doors then open into the luxurious garden.
As for formal affairs, it's likely the two hosted plenty of guests in their lavish charcoal-colored dining room. The pad even has a private pet room with a separate outdoor entrance for their two adorable pooches, seen all over Ackerley and Robbie's social media accounts.
The high-end kitchen boasts a massive island, too. The table can seat around six people — perfect for dining and entertaining!
Though the yard isn’t huge due to only being situated on a .15-acre parcel of land, the pair definitely made the most of it by getting good use out of their Big Green Egg grill.
