The 36-year-old purchased his new exquisite Bel Air estate for $27.5 million on December 30 with the help of realtors Linda May and Drew Fenton from Hilton & Hyland. Noah's new neighbors include Jennifer Aniston, Beyoncé, Jay Z and Elon Musk.
The news of his most recent purchase comes shortly after it was reported that Noah was house hunting with girlfriend and actress Minka Kelly.
"They're very happy and it's a very serious relationship," a source previously revealed of the low-key couple's romance.
The Daily Show host is no stranger to upscale living since he recently sold his former Bel Air Estate for $21.7 million after purchasing it in 2018 for $20.5 million.
