Tristan Thompson Demands Gag Order Against Alleged Baby Mama Maralee Nichols, Accuses Her Of Causing Him 'Extreme Distress'
Tristan Thompson has rushed back to court after accusing the alleged mother of his child Maralee Nichols of violating the courts confidentiality order.
In court documents obtained by Radar, an emergency motion was filed by the former Boston Celtics player's attorney for a gag order and sanctions within their Texas paternity battle.
The personal trainer, 31, sued Thompson, 30, for child support after she alleged that she and the basketball star hooked up during his 30th birthday celebrations in March. Thompson has questioned the baby's paternity and has demanded a DNA test.
Two different suits are currently pending. Nichols filed a paternity suit in Los Angeles — where she recently relocated to from Texas. Thompson filed a separate suit in the lone star state alleging that the fitness instructor moved to California in order to receive more child support.

The former boyfriend of Khloé Kardashian — whom he shares 3-year-old daughter True with — asked for a protective order to seal the Texas case. The judge did not grant the motion but did tell both parties not talk to the press.
“Respondent MARALEE NICHOLS has alerted the media, among other things, as follows: (1) that she alleges TRISTAN TREVOR THOMPSON fathered her child, (2) that there are competing lawsuits in Texas and California to determine paternity of her child, (3) about specific information contained in court pleadings, and (4) about numerous other factual allegations made by her in this paternity dispute, including purported snapchat messages from TRISTAN TREVOR THOMPSON to MARALEE NICHOLS.” the Texas motion — that asks the court to sanction Nichols for the alleged breach — stated.
Thompson also alleged that the threatening text messages that the new mother received from him were “fabricated and which were never sent by Tristan.”
“It has been MARALEE NICHOLS’ intention all along to try to achieve some sort of notoriety and gain for herself in this lawsuit," the athlete alleged in the suit. “TRISTAN TREVOR THOMPSON has already suffered damages and extreme distress from MARALEE NICHOLS wrongful dissemination of information.”
