After a year of dating, Vanessa Hudgens and Cole Tucker are more in love than ever.
However, that hasn’t stopped them from stressing about making their cross-country romance work in the long term.
The actress, 32, and the MLB player, 25, “are already talking marriage, but they aren’t sure what it would look like when they’re stuck on opposite coasts,” shares an insider.
With Hudgens busy shooting her series Army of the Dead: Lost Vegas in L.A., “the idea of moving to Pittsburgh, where Tucker is based, or joining him when he’s traveling just isn’t feasible,” the insider explains.
The Princess Switch star, who made her red carpet debut with the athlete on November 10, “has cleared her schedule for the holidays so they can try to figure things out because she’s getting eager to settle down and start a family,” adds the insider.
“While there doesn’t seem to be a solution looming on the horizon, she and Cole are determined to find a way,” concludes the source.
The High School Musical alum and Tucker met through a Zoom mediation group, but it was the actress who made the first move.
“If I want something or someone, I'm going after them. I fully just slid into his DMs and was like, 'Hey, it was nice to meet you.' So I think there is no shame in making the first move,” she spilled on the Drew Barrymore Show in May. “Why wait for someone else to give you what you want?”
The two first sparked romance rumors when they were spotted getting cozy during an outing in LA in November 2020. Hudgens could be seen wrapping her arms around Tucker as they enjoyed a dinner date at the Canyon Country Store. They made their relationship Instagram official in February with a kissing photo. Last month, Hudgens and Tucker made their red carpet debut at the Los Angeles premiere of her film Tick Tick...BOOM!.
