Jed York's personal life has drawn fresh attention in the aftermath of his arrest.
The San Francisco 49ers owner was arrested in Ohio on suspicion of engaging in prostitution and was booked into the Columbiana County Jail on August 23, RadarOnline.com reported.
York allegedly responded to an advertisement that an agent with the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force posted on a website known for prostitution. According to authorities, he "arranged to have sexual activity with the female in exchange for $140" and was taken into custody after arriving at the agreed-upon location with the phone allegedly used to arrange the encounter.
York later entered a no-contest plea to misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and possession of criminal tools. Court records indicate the original charge of engaging in prostitution was reduced to disorderly conduct as part of a plea agreement. His cellphone was subsequently returned, and he agreed to forfeit $160 that had been seized by the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force.
Court records also show that York filed a request seeking to have the case expunged from his record.

Danielle Belluomini Previously Worked as a Teacher
Jed York was arrested on suspicion of engaging in prostitution.
Unlike York, his wife, Danielle Belluomini, has largely maintained a low public profile.
Although relatively little is known about her personal life, SFGate reported she previously worked at a public school in Hunters Point before volunteering at a charter school in East Palo Alto.

Per multiple news outlets, York and Belluomini have been together for about 15 years following their 2011 nuptials. Additional details about their wedding have not been widely disclosed publicly.
