Melissa McCarthy flexed her comedic chops while winning The People's Icon of 2018.
Keeping Up with the Kardashians won The Reality Show of 2018. Khloe Kardashian also took home The Reality Star of 2018. Kim got emotional on stage while talking about the California wildfires, which became a major issue for she and her family as many of them had to evacuate their homes last week.
Both Blake Shelton and Carson Daly gushed over former The Voice coach Gwen Stefani when winning the award for The Competition Show of 2018.
