Dance Moms is back and Abby Lee Miller is fiercer than ever! In the trailer for the upcoming season, the tough as nails coach is back to her old habits. She has no problem telling the harsh truth to both the moms and their children like.
The trailer opens with a wheelchair-bound Abby, 52, in her dance studio and surrounded by her brand new team. “As a dancer you put your heart out there everyday,” she tells the kids. “Somebody is going to stab it.”
“I fought hard to be here,” she continues. “You have to fight to be a champion.”
The trailer then highlights the drama to come. There are several dancers reduced to tears and threatening to quit and an unapologetic Abby has no qualms telling one mom EXACTLY what she thinks of her child. “Your kid doesn’t have a chance, she sucks!” she yells.

The previous trailer, released in February, documented Abby’s cancer diagnosis and subsequent health crisis. The short clip provided intimate and harrowing footage of her ongoing battle with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.
“In an instant, your life changes completely,” she said through tears. “I was ready to go back to work and start my life over and now I can’t even walk.”
