Adam Lind Has Been Released From Jail But There's More Bad News for the Teen Mom 2 Baby Daddy
He spent over 24 hours in the slammer after his ex-girlfriend, Brooke Beaton, charged him with “domestic stalking,” but now, Teen Mom 2′s Adam Lind is a free man.
RadarOnline reports that Adam was bailed out of jail last night, but will return to court on December 9th to straighten out his domestic charges. And if you missed yesterday’s news as to why he got arrested in the first place, Adam allegedly didn’t do anything wrong this time. Brooke was so upset after Adam broke up with her, that she allegedly falsely accused him of domestic abuse.
But now that Adam is out of jail, he still is not allowed to see Brooke because she filed a restraining order against him in the state of South Dakota!

In the court documents, Brooke claims that Adam threw her against a wall and grabbed her by her neck on two different occasions, and also claims that he has a “bad temper.” “I am very scared for my safety and for my children’s,” said the mother-of-two.
So where does this leave Adam? He’s still getting into trouble, clearly, though it seems that he’s at least sort of worked out his custody agreements with Chelsea Houska for their daughter, Aubree, and Taylor Halbur, with whom he shares one-year-old daughter, Paislee.
