Alex Fine was in his feelings when he wrote a heartwarming message to fiancée Cassie on Instagram on Friday, August 30. The personal trainer proposed to her days before on Saturday, August 24.
Alex, 26, wrote the message for Cassie, 33, after he competed in a very emotional race.
He ran 50 miles with his brother for his domestic violence charity Compton Cowboys. The personal trainer was surrounded by several loved ones for the big journey.
Alex posted a video of him and Cassie warmly embracing one another after his physical feat was over.
"Just the person I needed with me the whole time," he captioned the emotional footage. "Wow I am so lucky to be able to hug her after this. She makes me better in every way."

The "Me & U" singer shared an equally touching message for her man on her Instagram Stories.
"This man is absolutely incredible," she wrote. "I've been following him since 6:45 AM. It's 4PM and he's at 42 miles! I love you @alexfine44!"
Alex proposed to Cassie days before her 33rd on Saturday, August 24. The engaged couple are also expecting their first child together.
