Alex Rodriguez is runway ready. The former baseball star made his fashion show debut on October 10, as he closed out the Dick’s Sporting Goods inaugural fashion show in New York. The former New York Yankee wore a Nike puffer jacket with blue flannel button-down and black pants. He completed the sporty chic look with black boots. Alex, 44, wasn’t the only famous face to make an appearance at the fashion show. Bachelor alum Demi Burnett, Euphoria actor Javomn “Wanna” Walton, and soccer superstar Carli Lloyd joined Alex on the cat walk.
"From the field, to the streets, to the boardroom, more athletes are leading the way in setting fashion trends than ever before," A-Rod wrote on Instagram underneath the video of his fashion moment on October 10. "Had a blast walking in @dickssportinggoods (and my) first ever fashion show. While I would have liked a few more pinstripes, all the Fall and Winter looks were fire emoji…and my girls are proud I didn’t embarrass myself."

Alex’s catwalk debut was a couple of weeks after Jennifer, 50, revived her iconic green Versace gown that she wore to the 2000 Grammy Awards. J-Lo closed the Spring/Sumer 2020 Versace show during Milan fashion week in with the classic look on September 20. This time around, the “On The Floor” songstress rocked a more naked version of the green dress.
A-Rod and J-Lo celebrated their engagement on September 27 with a star-studded bash in Los Angeles. Guests included Jennifer’s best friend Leah Remini, King of Queens alum Angelo Pagan, lyricist and singer Carole Bayer Sager, and Jennifer’s longtime manager Benny Medina.
While Alex and Jennifer haven’t revealed any details about their big day, the former Seattle Mariners star teased a clue about where they may tie the knot – and it appears to be a destination wedding. "It's gonna be a long flight," Alex revealed.
The broadcaster continued, "When you think about wedding plans and Jennifer is your partner, all you do is — you do a lot of nodding. I don't know where the location is, I don't know what I'm wearing, I don't know when it is. I'll just show up,” he joked about his limited contributions to the “I do”s.
