Amber Portwood's battle isn't over. The Teen Mom OG star is demanding her second baby daddy, Andrew Glennon, be held in contempt of court for allegedly refusing to exchange James during her scheduled visits.
The former MTV couple agreed to a custody order for their son, James, 1, after a nasty battle following her arrest. RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed that according to court papers, Amber filed an Information and Verified Motion for Rule to Show Cause on Wednesday, November 6.
According to the filing, Amber claimed that her ex-boyfriend has “denied Mother all parenting time since October 22, 2019,” violating their mediated agreement.
“On October 23, 2019, the undersigned counsel contacted counsel for Father requesting to confirm times for parenting time exchanges and no response was provided,” the court papers read, according to Radar. “Father’s failure to communicate or schedule parenting time is Violation of Paragraph 1(c) of the Mediated Agreement.” On October 25, 2019, Andrew was contacted again, but no response.
Amber was allegedly suppose to spend time with James on Halloween, but Andrew “failed to communicate with Mother in person or through counsel to allow Mother to exercise her holiday parenting time.” After Amber's arrest, a no-contact order was placed, so the parents can only speak via Our Family Wizard app.

Amber also stated that according to the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines, they are to avoid talking negatively about each other in the presence of James. “Upon information and belief, Father recorded Mother Without Mother’s consent or knowledge and released, or allowed family members to release, Video footage of Mother to be broadcast on YouTube,” she claimed. “On or about October 31, 2019, Father recorded statement and released this statement to be publicly broadcast on YouTube, in Which Father made negative statements about Mother. Father’s actions in releasing, or allowing the release of, Videos and statements to be publicly broadcast online is violation.”
Amber is asking that Andrew is to “be held in contempt of court for his willful violation of the Court’s orders.” The documents read, “Mother respectfully requests that this Court issue Rule to Show Cause and order Father to appear to answer as to why Father shall not be held in contempt for his failure to abide by the terms of this Court’s Orders." Amber is also asking to have the time with James that she allegedly missed and for Andrew to pay her attorney fees.
In July 2019, Amber was arrested for domestic violence and was charged with domestic battery, a felony count of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and a felony count of domestic battery.
In late October 2019, a judge accepted Amber's plea deal in the domestic violence case. The MTV star avoided jail time in the case and is on probation for 906 days. She also must complete parenting classes and 26 weeks of Batterers’ Intervention Program.
