Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt Reportedly Reach Temporary Divorce Settlement — Who Gets Custody Of The Kids?

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s messy, soap opera-like divorce may be coming closer to its end! According to a report, the A-listers have come to a temporary agreement and the custody of their children has been determined.

A report alleges that Angelina will get full physical custody of their children — Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8 — while Brad will get visitation for now, but under special circumstances which include random drug/alcohol testing and therapy.

The agreement struck by the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services also reportedly says the family will undergo counseling together as well as individual, separate counseling for Jolie and Pitt.

Jolie filed for divorce, citing Sept. 15 as the date of separation, and requested primary physical custody while Pitt demanded shared custody.
