The eldest Duggar, 26-year-old Josh, has three children —Mackynzie, Michael, and Marcus—with his wife Anna.
And there may be another Duggar on the way! The promo for the Nov. 18 episode of 19 Kids And Counting will follow the couple as they embark on a family road trip.

But that’s not the hint Anna may be pregnant again! In the clip, Josh revealed his wife is taking a pregnancy test!

“Anna has decided she is going to take a pregnancy test,” he said. “I’ve taken a few pregnancy tests since Marcus has been born,” Anna replied.
Fans believe this may be the big season 8 closer, as Anna had her last child 17 months ago. Family matriarch Michelle Duggar famously welcomed a new child every 17 months on average.
Anna also teased a pregnancy in a message on Twitter: We're taking an RV trip to make family memories...and let's just say not all the "memories" were planned! :) #19Kids #DCDuggarsHitTheRoad
Another hint she may be pregnant? The episode title, “A Reveal to Remember.” We’ll have to wait until next week! 19 Kids And Counting airs on TLC on Tuesdays at 9/8c.
