On Sunday, February 3, Anna, 30, shared this photo of a workout machine’s digital results screen. It showed she’d walked over two miles and burned 208 calories. She placed the hashtag “#February50” over the image.
In the caption, Josh’s wife explained the meaning behind the photo. “For the month of February I’m challenging myself to walk 50 miles,” Anna revealed.
Anna plans on achieving her goal by walking two to three miles a day. She made her goal public because “the accountability will motivate me to keep going and not to quit!”
The mom of five admitted she didn’t make weight loss a part of her New Year’s resolutions. “I used the ‘busy mom’ excuse,” she said. But after seeing the success of family and friends, she decided to take the plunge!
Anna has been candid with fans about her weight. When fans said she was “showing” a baby bump in September 2018, Anna replied, “I’m not expecting… only overdue for a diet.”
However, that doesn’t mean Anna and Josh don’t want more kids! “We would be thrilled if God blesses us with more children! Right now I am enjoying the 5 beautiful children He has given us!” she recently told fans.
