Ariana Grande is rarely (if ever) spotted out without her signature ponytail or any makeup on. A photo of her that was just released showed the “Into You” singer without either, and it's making everyone’s jaws drop on social media!

Ariana graced the cover of the most recent edition of British Vogue, where she appeared without her ponytail and no makeup.
She posted two other photos from it on her Instagram on Monday, one which showed her beautiful face up close. The other is black and white and featured the “No Tears Left to Cry” songstress kneeling on the floor in a somewhat risque ensemble.

Ari’s fans showered her with a ton of love for the photos, saying things like “Love the hair and makeup… you’re a natural!” and “Oh my god, Ariana you are so beautiful!”
Things seem to be going really well for Ariana lately. She’s been showcasing some major PDA on social media with her new boyfriend: SNL star Pete Davidson.
Pete, on the other hand, has definitely returned the favor in a very permanent way. He recently got two tribute tattoos of her and raved about her performance at the Wango Tango Festival over the weekend.
