Ariana, 25, has since deleted a picture on Instagram of a Japanese lettered palm tattoo. She captioned the photo, “This felt super good Kane Navasard jk (everyone thinks this is a fake hand but it’s indeed…. my hand.”
The tattoo artist still has a photo of the ink up on his Instagram page. Fans noted that instead of spelling “7 Rings,” it spelled “shichirin,” which means a small, Japanese barbeque grill.
One fan on Twitter wrote, “Ariana Grande’s new tattoo ‘七輪’ means Japanese style bbq grill, not 7 rings. ? If you want to know about 七輪, just google ‘SHICHIRIN.’”

Ariana responded, “Indeed, I left out “つの指” which should have gone in between. It hurt like f**k n still looks tight. I wouldn’t have lasted one more symbol lmao. But this spot also peels a ton and won’t last so if I miss it enough I’ll suffer thru the whole thing next time."
She added, “Also…. huge fan of tiny bbq grills.” The singer has since also deleted her responses on Twitter.
Ariana has covered up tattoos before that were dedicated to her exes such as Pete Davidson.
