Ariel, 20, is known for sharing her high intensity workouts on social media and now she's showing off the results.
A source spilled to OK! magazine that the Modern Family actress has an extremely strict diet.
"Ariel cuts out sugar completely and avoids carbs whenever she can," the insider shared.

While cutting out carbs is usually a good idea when trying to lose weight, the star also "won't allow any sweets in her home and only meets people for healthy meals."
In addition to her solo work outs, the 20-year-old has also invested in hiring a personal trainer, a source told OK!.
