Until Friday, August 2, the rapper was in detainment for weeks while the Swedish officials decided where to go with the assault case.

The other two defendants involved in the case were also released and free to leave the country.
Prosecutors did ask that the star stay in Sweden, arguing that he was a flight risk but the judges disagreed. Because the judges leaned in Rocky's favor, many think that he may not be found guilty for assault.
Prior to his release, celebrity couple Kim Kardashian and Kanye West lobbied the white house to help the entertainer get out of imprisonment.
The star took to Instagram shortly after getting out of jail on August 2. "Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of my fans, friends and anyone across the globe who supported me during these last few weeks," he started.
"I can't begin to describe how grateful I am for all you. This has been a very difficult and humbling experience. I want to thank the court for allowing me, Bladi and Thoto to return to our family and friends. Thank you again for the love and support," Rocky concluded.
