'Southern Charm' Star Ashley Jacobs Reveals Bombshell Breakup With Thomas Ravenel

“Ashley told me that she broke up with him and that she blocked his number. But she's in this weird position because she changed her licensing or she got licensing to be a nurse in South Carolina and really had come to the conclusion that she was going to set up a new life, away from Santa Barbara, in another state across the country,” Kate explained.

“She of course did this hoping that she would ultimately be in a loving relationship with someone who has had two children with a woman he never ended up marrying, has served time in prison, and has all these allegations against him,” she continued, bringing up the laundry list of legal battles and sexual assault Thomas currently has levied against him.

The podcast host insisted, “She's told me that they’ve broken up, and that she has no intention of getting back together with him and I hope that’s true.”

During the Southern Charm reunion show, her cast-mates provided her with multiples incidents of Thomas publicly mistreating her. She then said through tears, “Maybe in the beginning when I met him, maybe I was a little brainwashed."

It seems the California-native has finally heeded their warnings and fled the toxic relationship. She hasn’t confirmed the split outright but posted a cryptic caption on Instagram that included, “I have learned to embrace those moments of doubt and fear. Those are the moments I realized how capable I am and how much stronger I am as a person for taking the risks I needed to take.”
