Just hours after the mother-of-three was snapped covering her mid-section area at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Feb. 22, the 46-year-old was photographed later that day doing a striking similar pose!

The No Doubt singer was spotted picking her son up in Sherman Oaks, Cali. where she consciously hid her belly with her hand. Busted!

Rumors have been swirling that Gwen is expecting twins with her new country star boyfriend Blake Shelton, 39!

A source told OK! Magazine, the pregnancy “is a little unexpected” but given that they both Gwen and Blake adore children, “they’re up for the challenge.”
