It seems to have been a “Sweet Escape” as Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale reportedly settled their divorce and their child custody agreement.

The “Hollaback” singer and her musician beau announced their split back in August after 13 years of marriage.

While the rocker couple did not have a prenup, multiple sources report that Gavin took less than half the community property he is entitled to under California law, in order to reach a quick settlement.

Additionally, according to reports, Gwen and Gavin will get 50/50 split physical custody of their 3 children: Kingston, 9, Zuma, 7, and Apollo, 19 months.

While the parents’ child custody agreement states that the two will have joint custody, it is reported that Gavin will have the kids for the majority of the time because of Gwen’s touring schedule.

"While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment,” the pair released in a joint statement back in August.

Gwen and Gavin cited irreconcilable differences in their divorce documents and will reportedly have their divorced finalized by the end of the year.
