Being a contestant on The Bachelor requires looking your best at nearly every moment — from dates with the man himself to the high-pressure rose ceremonies. But not every girl transforms their beauty routine when joining the ABC show!
In an interview with Glamour, Bekah Martinez revealed she saved on beauty supplies while filming the ABC show by not washing her hair! And she’s yet to treat her locks to a deep cleaning anytime soon.
“My hair doesn’t require much. I actually don’t wash my hair, like, at all,” Bekah told the mag. “I haven’t washed my hair for eight or nine months; I just rinse it.”
Luckily, that meant Bekah had slightly less to pack than her fellow castmates for the whirlwind eight weeks of international travel and filming.

Despite her money-saving secrets, the nanny still spent nearly a thousand dollars on clothes and makeup for the show. However, she doesn’t regret it!
“Being on The Bachelor was 100 percent worth it,” Bekah shared. “I’m very lucky that I’ve had a lot of different opportunities come my way, through appearances and sponsored social media posts. And The Bachelor was really just a wonderful experience overall, so I’d certainly do it all over again.”
