The insider revealed to OKMagazine.com exclusively that Bella, along with a small group of others arrived at Teddy Bear in the Village in Big Bear Lake, California at 2:30PM on Sunday. As the waitress began to clear the table, Bella began having a conversation with a family of four that sat at the table next to hers.

Shortly before leaving the packed restaurant, Bella was heard saying, "I can’t breathe, let’s get out of here!” She immediately exited and the bill was left at the table unpaid, which shocked the waitress.
