Is Bella OK? Thorne Shocks Fans With DRASTIC New Look

Bella Thorne is growing up fast, but some fans fear it might be too fast.

There's no denying that the former Disney starlet's attitude and appearance have drastically changed since leaving the House of Mouse a few years back.

And while most fans have been accepting of the actress' transformation up until now, recent disturbing images and behavior have become a cause for concern.

Is she OK? Shutterbugs snapped pics of Bella sporting questionable attire and acting out of character while out and about in Santa Monica, CA on Monday. She showed off her interesting new style by dressing as the character Rainbowbrite in a multi-colored sweater, one-leg star pants, a heart-shaped handbag, and a silk bow in her hair.

A massive difference in comparison to her Shake It Up days.

Concern over the Disney starlet's alleged romance with the Internet star is for valid reason. Pepper has been accused of sexual assault by several different women less than a year ago. Sam, of course, profusely denied the allegations.
